Ukrainian-Polish Charitable Foundation "Novy Kraj"
Was founded to help with housing for migrants and refugees and people who suffered from the Ukrainian-Russian war. The purpose of the «Nowy Kraj» Foundation is to provide people who lost their homes with free temporary accommodation.
The Nowy Kraj Foundation offers two types of houses: Simple and Comfort.
What is the difference?
Temporary houses of "Simple" type are small houses for 2-4 people and 6-8 people that are the fastest to assemble and cheap to build. These houses are based on 2.5x6 and 2.5x12 m² sea containers and are quick to build and easy to deliver from place to place.
Also, the fund offers Temporary ECO houses of the "Comfort" type. Houses are modern and stylish with a good design and all the amenities and sustainability care. We offer these comfortable houses for more permanent settlements. Temporary houses of the "Comfort" type are created in 3 types, for families of 2-4 people, families of 6-8 people, and for large families of 10-12 people. Houses can be delivered from place to place, but it is better to use them continuously.
Energy supply, water supply and sewage connection of all types of buildings is carried out both by connecting to stationary networks and by autonomous provision of communications by installing solar panels on the roofs of buildings, drilling water wells and preparing septic tanks.
These houses will be transferred for temporary use to Territorial Communities of Ukraine, Voivodeships of Poland and local communities of other countries for the settlement of refugees from Ukraine while the war continues and while accomodation in Ukraine is being rebuilt.
